About the Process

It all starts with a design:

  1. If you already know what you are looking for, show us your sketches or inspirational photos and provide the measurements. If you are not sure exactly what you want, we can help. We will set up an appointment to show you some possibilities and help you work through the options.
  2. When you approve the basic design, we will provide a formal quote. We can include different options in the quote to help you determine what will best fit your budget. For example, the price will differ depending on the wood species you select, or a semi-custom solution might be available depending on the nature of your project. The quote will include additional fees such as sales tax and delivery fees. We will also include removal fees if you need us to remove an old piece.
  3. When you commit to the project, we need a 50% deposit to purchase materials and begin building. We will schedule your project and give you a target date when the project will be complete.
  4. When your new custom furniture is ready, we will make arrangements with you to deliver and/or install the piece in your home or business. Payment in full is expected at time of delivery.
  5. Changes: There are many reasons you might wish to change the original design:
    • Add a design detail you had not previously considered.
    • Determine that a design detail is not to your liking.
    • You are so impressed with our work that you want to add additional elements to the job.

    If additional materials need to be purchased, project changes will increase the price. We will provide updated cost estimates on any proposed change so that you can consider your budget and decide whether you want to move forward with it.
